Hi Sanju,
Yes I can help you with that.
First go to Bombay Sapphire menu item, under Menu Item Maintenance. Find Out the Assigned Menu Item Class and Open it. Under the Class tabs find Condiment Groups and locate Required Condiment Groups(for example I have a MIXER condiment group where we place the mixers). If you don't have this group, you can open the Revenue Center Descriptors and create a new Condiment Group. After Group is created you need to create a condiment item to place under this group. As well as new condiment item you also need a class to assign to the condiment item, the most important thing to remember about the condiment class is to select Option #2-ON = Condiment Menu Items; You will also need to go through the other options to ensure the Condiment class is set up correctly(I would recommend copying the other options from any liquor item). All my condiment item names start with $ sign, that way you know that they are addons. You can also assign a price if you want to charge extra for each mixer.
After you have created the condiment Item and assigned it's class, open the class and under Condiment Groups select the Member Condiment Group. For example if you created a $ cream condiment and you want it to be part of condiment group MIXERS you need to select the MIXERS group under Member Condiment Groups.
The last thing you need to do is assign a SLU (Screen Look Up) to the condiment Item. This way it will show as a pop up when somebody selects bomabay sapphire. The SLU names are also created in the Revenue Center Descriptors. For Example I have a SLU name called $ ADD BEV where I add all my beverage condiments. You can create as many SLU groups as you want but it will be a pain to manage.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!
Regards
