THis is for your information we are using Micros 9700 in our hotel .So that i just need a small help from your side.it could be possible can i Geting a Fire Order (KOT) report from Micros. if it possible so please sir let me know how can i get this report from micros.
Becauser i want to check the Items sales time . But in micros we get only Check Open And Close time and posting time. i want to check the items fire time i think it only possible through the KOT report.
sir if you have any other way so please let me know .
